Subscription and cancellation policy

When you select Subscribe & save, your selected product is a recurring purchase. Billing and delivery repeat monthly, as specified by the subscription plan shown on the product page. The subscription option is selected by default; you can choose a one-time purchase instead before adding the product to your cart.

Price and renewal

The Subscribe plan gives a 20% discount from the applicable product price. Review the selected item, quantity, plan, price and delivery charges before confirming a purchase. By completing checkout with a subscription selected, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next charge through the subscription management link or by contacting support@firsena.com. Include the order number and checkout email so support can identify the subscription. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged or dispatched. Contact support promptly about an existing order. Return and refund eligibility is governed by the store's 90-day return policy and applicable law.
