The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed securely at checkout. We do not list a card brand or digital wallet on this page unless it is active in the checkout for your location.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider shown at checkout. Firsena does not ask customers to send full card numbers, security codes or bank login details by email.

Payment problems

Check the billing address and information entered with your payment provider. If checkout still does not complete, email support@firsena.com and describe the error without sending sensitive payment details.
