Shipping & Delivery
FIRSENA ships to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. All rates and thresholds below are in US dollars (USD).
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.90 for an eligible order subtotal below $69.99.
- Free standard shipping: eligible order subtotals of $69.99 or more.
- Express shipping: $12.99 where available.
The eligible subtotal is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the methods and final charges available for your products and address.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after processing; processing time is additional to transit time. Carrier delays, customs checks and address problems may affect these estimates. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking and delivery support
Tracking information is sent to the checkout email when available. Contact support@firsena.com promptly for address corrections, delays, damaged items or missing parcels. Include your order number and relevant photographs. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
Duties and returns
Import duties and taxes may apply unless checkout states they are included. For returns, see our 90-day return policy and contact support before sending an item back.
